REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION: ID card or passport of each guest (even minors) who will stay at our House, so as to allow registration with the competent authorities required by Italian law.

HOW TO DO: you will be asked for a photograph of each document via Whatsapp or email.
If necessary, it is possible to download the registration form attached here, to be filled out in its entirety and sent to us via email.

CHECK-IN
CHECK-IN TIME: From 2 pm to 10 pm

HOW TO DO: self check-in through a lockbox on-site where you will find the keys to the booked apartment.

ENTRY CODES: type the code XXXX on the safe deposit box for the apartment booked, then take the keys and the magnetic card needed to activate the electricity.
The entry code will be given to you the day before your arrival.
PARKING
HOW TO DO: Casa Danema provides one free parking space per apartment, located on the property.

ENTRY CODES: usually the gate to the property remains open during the day and closed at night. If you find it closed, enter the code XXXX on the keypad adjacent to the gate itself.

AIR CONDITIONING: the air conditioners in the rooms are controlled by remote control.
The main modes of use available are:
- "summer" press the COOL button (snowflake symbol) to produce cold air
- "winter" press the HEAT button (sun symbol) to produce hot air
We remind our kind guests that if the windows are open, the air conditioners turn off automatically.
HEATING: the heating is controlled only and exclusively by the room thermostat located in the living room.
It is absolutely forbidden to touch the boiler system to avoid damage or malfunction of the appliance. In case of problems do not hesitate to contact us.
WASHING MACHINE: the instructions necessary for using the washing programs are located above the washing machine surface.
In the apartment you will also find the clothesline, the ironing board and the iron.

If there is something wrong in the apartment, or you need help, do not hesitate to contact us.

All items present in the apartment or that are part of it, which are located on the balcony or terrace, can be used by guests.

Please take care of the apartment and rooms, as well as respect the other people who live inside the building.

Access to people other than those registered is prohibited without the prior consent of the staff.
-
In case of emergency, Casa Danema staff can access the rooms or apartments.
-
Do not use electrical appliances other than those supplied. If necessary, ensure that they all comply with the compliance rules.
-
Wi-fi connection, sheets, towels, dishes and final cleaning are included in the price.

GENTLE SMOKER:
Smoking is prohibited in our apartment. Any damage such as burn marks and holes in or on furniture, flooring, linens, tablecloths, etc., will be charged at the replacement value.
However, smoking is permitted on the balcony.
​
IN THE BATHROOM:
Please do not dispose of hygiene products or meal leftovers in the toilet.
​
HOURS OF SILENCE:
In the spirit of good neighborliness, we ask that night rest is respected from 10.30 pm to 8.00 am. We therefore ask you to observe these times for the peace of mind of guests and neighbors.
​
SAFETY:
To this end, we kindly ask you to close the entrance door as well as the entrance door to the structure when leaving the apartment. Although it is a monitored facility, the owner is not responsible in case of any thefts. Furthermore, please also close the windows and French windows, thus avoiding any damage caused by bad weather during the period of your absence.
​
It is recommended to disconnect the transformers for charging electronic devices when you are not present, and not to go out leaving the stove, electrical appliances and water taps turned on, to avoid unnecessary waste of energy and to prevent accidents of any kind.
​
PETS:
For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in the apartments.
​
By booking the apartment you assume the obligation that the house rules are recognized and confirmed.
​
We therefore wish you a pleasant stay at Casa Danema and in Sirmione.
For any questions we always remain at your disposal.
CITY TAX
The Municipality of Sirmione requires the payment of a tourist tax which the customer must pay directly to the host via Paypal or by leaving the cash in the box where you collected the keys to the apartment.
This amount is equal to € 2,80 per day per person (excluding children under 14) for the first 7 days of holiday.
Upon your arrival in the apartment you will find every detail written on the kitchen table.

WASTE SORTING
The Municipality of Sirmione practices separate waste collection and precisely:

glass and aluminium
These must be appropriately separated and placed in the appropriate container in via Roma (see map)
The unsorted and organic waste containers are opened using a blue "eco tag" magnetic key that you find together with the apartment keys.
